Fans missing the drama of ONE LIFE TO LIVE can enjoy two of the soap’s stars in a brand new thriller! Jessica Morris (Jennifer) and Melissa Archer (Natalie) are behind the new movie Twisted Little Lies, premiering on Lifetime Movie Network Friday, Dec. 17, at 8 p.m. ET!
“The very first script that I wrote with Melissa Archer will air on Lifetime Movies very soon,” Morris announced.”The working title Web of Deceit has been changed to Twisted Little Lies.” The pair first announced their new project back in June when they first began filming the movie in Chicago.
In the film, Morris plays Brianna, a professor whose engagement to her boyfriend falls apart when he cheats on her. Turning to the internet, Brianna meets William, but soon discovers that he is really her troubled student, Cooper! Naturally, she rejects the young man, but he proves dangerous as he spirals out of control and orchestrates his revenge! Archer is portraying Christina, the older sister of Cooper and also the woman Brianna’s boyfriend cheated with! (It’s all very complicated and soapy!)
OLTL fans will remember Archer as Natalie Buchanan, a role she played from 2001 until the soap’s end in 2012 and then again in the short-lived online revival. Morris played the ill-fated Jennifer Rappaport from 1999-2008, and the two friends also appeared together in the streaming series LADIES OF THE LAKE and BEACON HILL.
