Families are breaking apart in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers. Adam’s return has caused the Newmans to take sides, Victor’s health takes a turn, the Abbotts struggle with saying goodbye to Dina, and everyone gathers for the emotional reading of Neil’s will.
Adam is back, and everyone is wondering what he’s up to this time around. Nick is prepared for another ugly war with his brother, this time over custody of Christian. But the prodigal son does have a few allies in Genoa City, and he’s hoping one of them will be Sharon. “I need your help,” he tells the blonde. “And you’re the only one that I can turn to.” It appears that old passions are still simmering between the two because Sharon and Adam start getting passionate on the couch in the living room!
Since recovering from his stroke, Victor seemed to have returned to normal, manipulating, scheming, and being as ruthless as ever. But Nate has information that could ruin all that. “It’s not good news,” the doctor reports before adding, “But that doesn’t mean we can’t fight this. We can.” Victor takes it in and declares: “And we will.” But is this a fight The Great Victor Newman can win?
As Dina’s condition worsens, the Abbotts gather together to make a heartbreaking decision. “The difficult thing is explaining this to mother,” Ashley admits. Overhearing her family talking about her fate, Dina butts in. “I already know,” she cries. “You all just want to get rid of me.” Is putting Dina in a home the only choice they have left?
Neil may be gone, but there’s still one bit of business left to attend to as Michael gathers together everyone named in the will. “I, Neil Ellis Winters of Genoa City, Wisconsin, do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament,” the attorney reads. What has Neil left his loved ones?
